Hear Alls are very rare. If one wishes to create a Hear All of any kind, one must PM an admin.[/b]
What is a Hear All? Just what the name says. Basically, a person who has the ability to Hear All of one species can hear all of the thoughts of a species. And example is Hearing All Dragons. A Hear All can hear the thoughts of a dragon without the dragon expressly contacting that person.
