Valuth felt a jolt of worry when Amirinth went between, thinking that she was going to reappear in front of one of the other dragons. But in the next second she was back, and even with him. He crooned in delighted surprise and affection, reaching out to twine his neck with hers. Turing them right-side up, he flared his wings to support their fall. His exhaustion had vanished, at least for now. The only thing that mattered was Amirinth.

Overwhelmed by his dragon's feelings, K'lan reached out as R'keh stepped towards him and took the other man in his arms, kissing him with the desperate passion of dragonlust.
