About the Person:

Physical Appearance: Ronen is a tall, goofy-looking young man. He is not bad looking, he simply always has a silly grin on his face. He stands just shy of 6 feet tall, with narrow shoulders and no hips- the epitome of an awkward, gangly teenage boy. By no means is he weak or unfit, he is only thin as a twig.
His hair extends just past his ears. It is a dark, dusty blonde. His eyes, often alight with laughter, are a warm, earthy brown. They are set in a long thin face punctuated by a cheerful little nose. He dresses quite simply, prefering things that are very easy to take care of.
Personality: Ronen is a very happy-go-lucky person. He actually borders on the crazy, practically assaulting everyone he meets in his eagerness to get to know them. It seems as if nothing can break down his irritatingly happy demeanor. However, when someone threatens any of his friends, he becomes incredibly upset and will do very stupid things to protect them. He does not act very intelligent at these times, and that is because he doesn't think at all. This, however, is a very rare occurrance. Most of the time he is unflappably happy, and possibly a bit nonsensical. He has very little regard for his own physical saftey, so as long as it is fun, he'll do it.
Even at fifteen turns, he still makes up imaginary friends and tells stories that no one in their right mind would believe. He is not truly crazy. In fact, he sometimes wonders if he is insane, and insane people always think they're sane, so that proves it. Right? Maybe, maybe not. Anyway, he is only a danger to himself, though he could probably convince a dragon to do crazy things with him, which could end quite...interestingly. All in all, Ronen enjoys life despite what others may think of him.

History: Ronen was born in Halpan Hold. Becuase his parents were usually quite busy with his duties, Ronen often spent time making up stories to amuse himself and seemingly speaking to thin air. His odd ways made him a favorite among the younger children, who he kept entertained with long elaborate tales, and mothers felt confident leaving him in charge of the little ones when they were busy. His parents didn't know what to do with a son who constantly made up imaginary friends, told outlandish tales for no apparent reason and had no interest in Beastcraft, so they left him to his own devices most of the time. Those flights of fancy were Ronen's escape from the hard life of the jungle hold. He and his parents jumped at the chance for Ronen to go to the Weyr, where he might be better accepted.
