Physical Appearance: Sameric is attractive. There is no way around it, but he really doesn't seem to notice. His red tinted, light brown hair sets off his pale green eyes. They are not as...astonishing as his sister's, Torimin, eyes...but still are very pleasant to look at. He is well muscled from fishing, farming, hunting, pretty much anything that he could get his hands on before he was Searched...making him a good 175-180 pounds. He is about 6'1" or a mite shorter, really a giant in his family.
Personality: Sameric is nice, but sometimes seems to come on a little strong...even when he is not not flirting. He grew up with his father mostly...helping out with anything that was asked of him. He still retains that helpful nature and loves to be around people. He takes great pride in his manly-ness, and gets very upset and angry when anyone takes it away from him..or insults it. The only person that can get away with that is Torimin, his sister.
Sameric spends extra time at the Weyr researching and hunting. He enjoys to learn as much as possible about dragons, and he loves to hunt. He thinks consantly about other activities that he can do to stimulate himself and that are exciting...which may cause him to get into trouble sometimes.

Pets: Sand Fire-lizard Uli - 2 Turns old - 33 centimeters
Uli has the usual coloring of a Sand. She looks as though wind is constantly billowing over dunes, and that usually makes her hide a gravelly color. She is medium sized for a Sand fire-lizard, but very strong. No matter that she is not as telepathic as her bigger cousins, she will get her point across somehow. She is very affectionate.
Sameric and Torimin came accross a cove one day while they were out hunting. They took a lunch break in the cave, only to find that it was not uninhabited. Tunnel snakes moved away from a clutch of Fire-lizard eggs. The mother must have died because it was much too large to be a Grass or any other color but Sunshine. Unfortunately only two were rocking, whether the others had been eaten or were bad eggs couldn't be told.
Sameric told his sister to grab one and he grabbed the other. As it began to hatch he quickly gathered up the remains of his part of the forgotten meal and got ready to feed the little lizard. A sandy head popped out, well it looked sandy..but that was just the color. It was a Sand Fire-lizard! He fed the starving hatchling until it curled into his arms asleep and looked over at his sister. She has Impressed an Earth fire-lizard as well. After this exciting event, they went home as quickly as possible. On the way home he named the Sand Uli.
History: Sameric was the firstborn. He spent the first years alone, but happy with his parents. Yet it only seemed that after Torimin was born that their family was complete. He loved his little sister from the day that she was born, helped to raise her...even though he was only three Turns old when she was born. They played together and worked together, mostly, when they grew up. He took her with him hunting occasionally and she enjoyed that.
It was on one hunting trip that they both were lucky enough to Impress fire-lizards. He got a Sand, Uli, while Torimin got an Earth, she named Moon. They were all so happy together that Sameric never thought about anything else, not even being a dragonrider. His family was perfect! His dad was employed with Wislon Hold, his mother made extra money in her Weaver Craft...everyone was happy!
Then the rider came and told his parents about a Search for an upcoming clutch. Both siblings were Searched at the same time...another stroke of luck because Sameric loved his sister dearly and did not want to leave her. His mother and father were very proud of both of them being chosen and wished them luck.
Sameric Impressed. XD I just don't feel like writing it again....
Name of Dragon: Earth Abioyeth
Meaning: Abioye in Yoruba means royalty.
Rider: S'ric
Appearance: A light tan coloring, Abioyeth is an odd dragon. He has a darker brown mask that he ‘wears’ on his eyes, which makes him look oddly like a robber. His wing membranes are a little darker than his main coloring. Abioyeth has to him 38 meters of length.
Personality: Abioyeth is what one could call an all-around dragon. He can be happy, but he can also be sad. He usually just takes on whatever personality his rider has at the time.
Color Code: sandybrown
